I’m a software developer from Porto Alegre, Brazil. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where I also participated in the university’s distributed systems research group.
I’ve been working with Elixir for 7+ years, both professionally and contributing to open-source projects. My main interests are distributed systems and functional programming in general.
Amateur Radio
Apart from programming, my hobbies include open-source software; self-hosting & homelab; electronics; learning different (human) languages; and amateur radio.
In the radio waves, I go by PU3LOL and you may find me on WSPR and FT8. I enjoy experimenting with digital modes, building antennas, and collecting software-defined radio equipment.
